See that image on the right? I work there. (Apologies for the photography, I’m still learning how to use my camera.)
I cannot begin to tell you how awesome it is to work in a building that has a Christmas tree made of lights hanging off of it.
Ok, work isn’t that awesome, but the tree is. What’s even more awesome is that the SAN is holding an event called Carols by Candlelight on the front lawn tomorrow afternoon. Stuff starts at 4pm, mainly children’s activities (facepainting and a visit from the Chipmunks). They also have stalls where you can buy lots of stuff like food and toys. The singing starts at 7pm and apparently Silvie Paladino and David Harris will be performing along with local talent.
The best part of the night comes later though. Once all the singing is over, they play the Hallelujah Chorus and do a fireworks display!
If you’re in the Wahroonga area, be sure to stop by the SAN and check out the music. Better yet, skip the music and just come by for the fireworks. They’re grrrrrreat!
